The Tumaco-Puerto As\u00eds-Bel\u00e9m do Par\u00e1 Intermodal Corridor is a logistics integration initiative led by Colombia and Brazil. It connects the Colombian Pacific coast (Tumaco) with the Brazilian Atlantic coast (Bel\u00e9m), crossing the Amazon rainforest, with the aim of fostering development, intermodal connectivity, and trade with Asia.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n

At the Buenos Aires City Legislature, Ra\u00fal Cheyllada, Executive Director and President of the UPM International Relations Forum, referred to the Tumaco-Manaus-Bel\u00e9m do Par\u00e1 intermodal corridor as an important project that is part of a package of initiatives for the Integration of Regional Infrastructure in South America (IIRSA), in a Colombian-Brazilian collaboration. This corridor begins in the Andean region, extending to Pasto, then descends the mountain range to Mocoa-Puerto As\u00eds-Puerto Leguizamo on the Putumayo River, continuing along the Amazon River to Bel\u00e9m do Par\u00e1.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n
