On the morning of September 26th, the Union of South American and Mercosur Parliamentarians (UPM) met at the headquarters of the Regional Government of Valparaiso, Chile with the purpose of addressing a topic already discussed for many years in the entity, which is the Bioceanic Corridor.
The meeting was chaired by the president of the UPM, deputy Valdemar Júnior, and also making up the table, the Governor of Valparaiso, Rodrigo Mendonça and the president of the Chilean bloc and Vice-president of the UPM for Chile, the Regional Councilor of Valparaiso, Manuel Lanas .
